Steve is currently the President and Managing Partner of DeLuca Strategic Search. His main focus is on connecting the disabled and diverse job candidate with companies that are building or expanding their DE&I hiring.
For the past 23 years Steve was a Client Relationship Executive at PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) where he supported some of the firm’s largest relationships in the health care space.
Along the way Steve would help, friends and colleagues who were out of work, find suitable work. He found this aspect of his position extremely rewarding. He knew when he retired from PwC that he would start a business to help the disabled and diverse individual.
For the past 15 years Steve has worked with disabled of all ages and disabilities both in and out of PwC. At PwC he mentored disabled Summer Interns and was a participant in PwC’s Allies & Action program. Outside of PwC he established a Little League Challenger Program for disabled youth and currently works with his alma mater, Villanova University, and their Office of Disability and Diversity. He currently is a member of the Board of the Independent Colleges and Universities of New Jersey.
Mr. DeLuca received his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Villanova University and his MBA in Mergers & Acquisitions from Seton Hall University.
